Dissemination material: templates, logos, images...

(To be updated. Links and material are still missing…)

Dissemination Material Request Form:

WP4 is able to supply you with a range of dissemination material to help you promote EELA at events you are attending. To order dissemination material please fill-in and submit this Materials Request Form (link to be updated), ensuring you clearly state what the event is and where the material should be sent.

The EELA Style Guide:

The EELA Style Guide aims to provide all those producing dissemination material within project with details about how to correctly use the logo, the images, colours and fonts for print, web and presentation materials.

Download the Style Guide here (link to be updated).

New EELA Logo:

An Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file is available for production of web logos, the file contains both the blue and white background versions. An EPS (to be updated) is available for printed material, again the file contains both the blue and white background versions.

EELA Compliment Slip:

A customisable compliment slip is available (with instructions, to be updated) to use for correspondance. There are two files: one is an Adobe Illustrator file (to be updated), and an example of the CERN slip (to be updated).

EELA Business Cards:

A set of blank business card templates in PDF format. These files would need to be imported to a DTP software to be edited, and we therefore recommend that these files are sent to professional printers only, rather than for use by individuals printing their own business cards.

EELA Newsletter Template:

You should be familiar with the Bi-monthly EELA newsletter, well if you would like to localise the newsletter, we have the Adobe In-Design file for you to work with. N.B. You will need to sign into the CDSware System to retrieve the file.

The link above will take you directly to the EELA Grid Operations Centre Website.

If you do not want to leave the EELA Web site, please, right-click over the link and choose "Open Link in New Window" or "Open Link in New Tab".

EELA Word Template:

You can now easily create documents (press releases, information sheets etc.) in the EELA style, making use of a Word template. Download the template (to be updated) and install it following the instructions. The zip file contains:

- a file called images.zip, with images you can select to give your file the "EELA look and feel";
- manual-final.pdf, with the instruction on how to install and use the template;
- EELA3.dot, the Word template.

EELA Poster Template:

Two poster templates are available (to be updated).

General Purpose Poster:

The first template is a general purpose poster and can be easily modified to suit individual needs. Please note that the idea is that the bottom two paragraphs and the footer underneath should remain the same (unless you wish to change the language). If you wish to add your own logos, we suggest you do so on the right-hand side of the short description, title and date part.

Technical Poster:

The second poster templates has a bigger text area and is more suitable to provide more information so is ideally suited for technical promotions. You can download it as landscape or as portrait (to be updated).

EELA A0 Poster:

The large generic high quality poster describing what EELA is with the right 'look and feel'.

Presentation Template:
